1. Coach must contact the opposing coach via phone, text, or email using the Coach Contact List provided on this page. 

2. Coaches must agree on 2-3 new game dates and times to request.

Days of the week allowed to reschedule on:

Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays, and Sundays. 

3.  One of the two coaches, must fill out the Game Reschedule Request form and email it to scheduler.lsc@gmail.com, and carbon copy the opposing coach in email, before the Tuesday prior to the game. 
*This gives the scheduler and referee assignor time to arrange fields and referees.* 

4. Once a valid request is received, LSC will make every effort to accommodate the date/time range.

- If the request can be accommodated, the game will be moved and a reply email will be sent providing notification of the change.

- If the date and/or time is not available, a reply email will be sent with the closest option/alternatives available.
